As parents we often observe certain personality traits, but without guidance it may be difficult to articulate these traits, or even identify them specifically. This is a list of personality traits you can use it to guide observations of your younger child. It’s also a great starting point for discussions with older children. I adapted the list from here, where it is used in conjunction with other questions as part of a career path exploration. (more…)
